Shine Foundation under its Skills Development Program provides training in various trades, beauty culture being one of them. To enhance beneficiaries skills and make them job ready, we have started an advanced beauty training program in collaboration with Bharti Taneja’s ALPS. On completion of one month training at ALPS academy these girls will be employed by ALPS only. ALPS will also be organizing one day beauty workshop for the rest of the beneficiaries at Shine Foundation.
